Unlike Proiti, I’ve never slaved over a cutting board. Not because I don’t cook. The chemistry of cooking comes quite naturally to me. The physics, however, I have outsourced. Apropos of nothing, it has been over 20 years of outsourcing now. Also, unlike Proiti, I don’t actually get flashes of nostalgia. I agree with science that nostalgia is truly wasteful.
But like Proiti discovered Radio Garden, I found Radiooooo, which takes us back in time to music from around the world. Pick a mood. Pick a location. Pick a tempo. Relax. Or don’t. And while I don’t have a link to it, there is research that says the best time to listen to Radiooooo is after outsourcing onion chopping.
Baaa.
