There’s a new(ish) Instagram account in town that never fails to crack me up. Welcome to Hot and Single, where one sassy host interviews people in a bite-sized dating show/roast format.

The ostensible point of this series is to interview single folk and then open it up to the internet for people to shoot their shot with them. But it gets so much funner and meaner than that. The featured singles are upfront about their red flags, flaws and delusions. The host switches between savage, bored, or adorable and never passes on a chance to flirt with whomever she’s interviewing. It’s a snappily edited, Gen-Z-lingo-littered, self-aware show that talks about human connections without taking itself seriously at all.
